Since we all are spread out there will be different rules for each area.For example:Some older cities will be block by blockSome other cities will be hood by hoodI am investing in an area where there are 4 basic sections of the city.I can avoid the one bad section all together.Perhaps, there are some borderlining blocks surrounding the bad area I might entertain if I am priced out of the better areas.

Adjusting your greeting will convert the majority of your voice-mails into missed calls-When setting up listings (through YouCanBook.me), mandate they state number of adults, income, etc (whatever you deem necessary to initially screen applicants).

The combined tax rate (corporate, followed by personal) on dividends paid to non-involved adult family members may increase to close to those levels if the dividend tax credit is disallowed.The impact will be greater on your construction company if it pays dividends to non-inolved family members or re-invests its retained earnings outside of the business.

Here in So Cal (and Silicon Valley) with so many entertainment industry and computer/internet businesses I've never heard of anyone with an expense account denied the right to book and be reimbursed for airbnb type accommodations.

I've ran into this with "professional housing scammers"  This is where: Adult 1 and Adult 2 move in, on the lease, then invite mom and dad and their other 2 kids to come live with them, they don't go on the lease.
