What type of multifamily properties are you going to acquire? 

May want to ask the realtor how she acquired it, what is her motivation to sell, and what is the least she will take, even then you can say well all I can pay is ___ and give a little lower price. 

I'm looking to acquire a few more, but I think I'll run into the same problem in the near future.

We're acquiring 2-3/week for fix/flips and teardowns as well as multi-unit for long term holds.

If later on you decide to acquire more properties, then I would begin looking at sheltering and dividing assets.  

If anyone is working in acquiring land or building new hotels I would love to talk with you just to gain a bit more understanding on where you see the market needs currently and in the near future.

Well, after seeing the house, I have an update...It's still in perfect condition and I have just acquired 2 beds, 2 couches, a fridge, washer/dryer, 2 desks, a kitchen table, pots and pans, etc.

I expect there to be problems, but it would take some serious time and education before I become comfortable with something like a break-in before I've even acquired the property.

With the rise in cannabis awareness around the country and this region being long known for its farms, does this provide a whole new market?
