My recommendations would be to purchase a home in a decent location, school system, low crime, etc.

I have been looking  at Tampa School of Real Estate. 

I am 27 years old with a wife and 2 kids and finishing up school.

Good schools I believe, so should be pretty rentable.

Median income,population levels, traffic counts,school ratings,etc.?
