currently rehabbing Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

And his not goin to have a tax lien on his name,but I just come to bp to find the professional way to approach the situation. 

The questions you can ask these  various professionals is nearly endless. 

Professionally, I work on a small investment team managing private money.My target property is small multi-family units (2-4 units). 

After conquering that hurdle I find myself before the Biggerpockets community, looking for guidance from skilled professionals willing to bestow wisdom earned from experience.

I would be reaching for my phone if my landlord tried to charge me otherwise  

Online on the MLS, we made an offer that was rejected so we went in escrow on a different property, while in escrow we recieve a phone call asking if we where still interested and we came back with same offer but a very strong 1 month closing with us performing our own home inspection.
