I still invest in Georgia (as well as Maryland) -- mostly doing new construction and mostly with local partners.

Dorothy, what is your opinion of using modular construction for such a project?

I am 59 years old and have been in the construction business since I was 17.  

I've worked for to different construction companies & I (under some1 else contactors license) was hired to do addition on grandmother's with other's.
