When I got my first loan for real estate I realized it would’ve taken me a full year to make this money before I could invest.

The property is always a close second, and the borrower must always make money.I attended a real estate club recently where they played “Shark Tank.”

Opinions vary widely on this subject, but consider getting a real estate license.
