They could also sell the property to you and lease it back, allowing them to remain in the home while accessing liquidity.

But, I also think the access to information today: all the books, these forums, conferences, gurus on social media...  

Then, get this...they SEND the buyer, all my personal financial data by giving them login access to my records.

Hi,Thank you for sharing your experience and insights from being in the private money lending (PML) and hard money lending (HML) space for decades.

My opinion is to invest in the S&P unless you are willing to spend a substantial amount of time learning the space.  

I am new to real estate investing and BP, and I am excited to learn more about this space!
