I am a first time home buyer and not familiar at all with the loan process.I, like many others became a speculator and trader in this crazy environment.

For me it's Forex and Stocks.

As an experienced owner of a real estate brokerage, a property management company, flipper, investment property owner and active stock trader, these are some of my thoughts:You don't need 20% down to purchase a home.

Don't pick something that's super high risk, high-return (crypto, for ex). there's not enough learning potential from that IMO and you don't have enough context to be making the investment on an informed basis.

—Are you talking about the future, for ex., evictions or drawing up a lease/sending letters?

(For ex. higher renewal rates) I am trying to decide what we should ultimately present to the board so any insights are certainly appreciated. 

- For the #3 "How"-  I then "chunk" down what I need to do in order to achieve that goal so for ex the sub-bullets would be 1. find an SD agent that specializes in 1-4 units 2.

I have some cute Trader Joe's cards and I could certainly just write from the heart, but I didn't know if there are any points I should include or avoid with my first contact? 

I'm already in the stock market as a day trader now so I'm not putting anything else there.
