What is their minimum trip charge for their handyman?

No, I havent been to gulf coast before, but planning a trip before i buy.

-If you don't want to live in California, have you taken trips to place that you specifically are interested in moving?

Was going to try to make it to Hateress but not sure we will get that far south on this trip.

I installed that just last month (10 minute installation, 45 minute trip to home Depot).This has, in the last year, been about 8 hours of property management work.

If you want to take a trip and let your manager deal with the investments for a while... that's your choice. 

Last trip with the wife, she refused to come back again until it was done and she didnt have to work (we had a 4 day weekend of working until 10 pm each night).

Having people from different areas around the metro area keeps you from tripping over each other and from directly competing.

"No problem you can have your 6 month free look" So I looked, decided it was too far away (in the meantime I had met the woman who is now my wife and commuting 1600 miles round trip for a project looked a lot less attractive).

I think the trip to Memphis contributed to my lack of patience.
