But you need access as a non mls member and convincing a member who you don't intend to work with to find their replacement could be tough. :)   If you can't find an agent (friend or family member) willing to do that work for you, you can search through the tax records for flips (sales and purchases within a few months) and then google search the old listing address to see who sold the property.  4.

A Flipper aka house flipper, is an individual whose niche in REI is acquiring property of his/her desire with the intent of not occupying the property, rather creating equity/value in the property, subsequently selling the improved property for material gain; i.e. selling the property for more than it cost to acquire said property + improvement, thus creating profit upon sale of said property.

I appreciate the information I haven't had to do it in Broward County...I know in Dade I didn't have much luck on the phone unless I knew there was an open case and was able to catch the inspector assigned to it while they were in the office and available to take calls (tough to do because it's usually only two hours a week prior to like 8:30am).
