My core activities in the Oahu market is focused on the newer side of the island, Ewa Beach, Kapolei and Makakilo with the majority of my clients being military.

With the $$, I repainted the whole house ($3-4), fixed the cracked kitchen floor tile (2k), removed a living room/dining room wall and built a granite bar island with rolling trash storage (2k), built another br out of a den (1k), insulated (2k), bought washer/dryer/fridge/microwave like new off craigslist ($1.5k) and furnished the common areas with basics (sofa, tv, desk) and some rooms (twin bed, dresser - also CL).

I have moved to Auburn, Maine from Long Island, NY and want to begin a future in Real Estate Investing.

Our goal was to look closely at the Gulf Coast which we did from South Padre Island all the way to Tampa hugging the coast In mid January.

I'm a newly licensed Real Estate Agent, and I'm currently looking to connect with anyone who does wholesaling in the Queens or Long Island areas.  

One way that really interests me is land flipping using a delinquent tax list. 

Let's say you find an inexpensive home in Rhode Island for $400,000.  

She's an investor/realtor/manager in Destin/Okaloosa Island and incredibly knowledgeable.  

I’ve got several on the smaller islands and hit 20% pretty easily with 5-10 hours a week put in... usually closer to 5.  

If you go farther north on the island its less desirable but more reasonable priced.
