Hi everyone, does anyone know if there is graduation for the unrecaptured section 1250 gain for selling depreciated real estate?

Instead of paying for some course I wanted to learn from the school of hard knocks.

Why are kids out of school for 3 months, but daycare centers (a notorious source of bring home ailments) are okay.See, I don't have a problem with common sense prevention.
