Not every state recognizes Series LLCs (or even know how to relate to them). 

You could invest the asset you already have (cash) into other people's projects that are good at what they do and have a proven track record.   

Some countries tax authorities won’t recognize a disregarded LLC and would only consider a C corporation.

So even though I am new to this and in the learning phase, I recognize the error in my ways but I am looking for advice and the best approach to getting someone comfortable.

Fortunately it was proven to false (did get injured but not related to the work). 

Today: (1) I would have never rented to the tenant from h* because I would recognize a problem tenant at the outset. (2) When I have a high maintenance tenant, I aim to please them.
