Hi BPanother curiosity post.I'm curious to see how you progressed in your REI.DID you stick to one kind of deal/sector?

I'd even go so far as to create a little packet for the lender detailing progress, comps, etc... they like that

I really enjoy the community that biggerpockets has to offer and I plan to occasionally post up my progress and successes/failures(learning moments) along the way.Future goals include moving into small/medium multifamily buildings for long term cash-flow and learning how to incorporate sustainability into real estate investing(the engineer in me).Glad to have you guys along in the journey,Daniel(if this needs to be posted else where feel free to move or let me know)

We've completed 1 successful rehab and have 2 pretty extensive works in progress.

To this day no local agent will work with me.I did get an investor friendly lawyer by referral from the local REI club, but outside of the club, no lawyer/agent wants to be involved with me or wholesaling and this has been the greatest challenge for me and it is really holding back my progress!

I would like to start off wholesaling and progress into rehab n flip.

I'll post some progress pics shortly.

It's really liberating once one foot falls in front of the other and progress starts happening!
