I'm defintiely not arguing that a wholesaler should be licensed, but if you are operating honestly, how can disclosures hurt you?

FYI: It’s a 5 bedroom- 4 bath, I’m looking for a group of professional roommates or a family.  4 days is pretty short to worry - especially a five-bedroom house - this is likely going to have a much smaller group of potential tenants and ging to take some time.

The potential in the Bay Area or other coastal markets is massive, but we have seen the risk is also high and the consistency for the average investor can be low.

It’s 4 blocks away from a major university health center (and embassy suites for hospital visitors) and 2 miles from another hospital (possible travel nurse MTR potential).
