Had Insurance thru Mercury a Commercial account with 6  sfr properties and have been canceled because of safety issue . and was fixed but not in the time frame they wanted. and they canceled  me completely.

@Kelly O'Keefe For more context, we have a business checking account which we have made capital contributions into, and we have put the business expenses on the business credit card and have paid that card off from the business checking account

It sounds like your damage was more extensive and I think it would be prudent to have a plumber identify all the breaks and then involve insurance and have them confirm it is a covered expense and how to best proceed... a freeze like this has not come through KC in some years so I know a lot of people must have had to deal with burst pipes.

If you don't have equity to bring to the deal, I'd recommend finding a partner and doing deals until your account is big enough.
