Costed around 1K or so.As this is a multi family property build long back, heating and water is common for both units so i assume it is paid by landlord.I believe my area is more of tenant friendly as eviction process takes around 2 months.property seems to be in OK condition and there is no visible issues but its just outer appearance and i need expert to evaluate and confirm.Seller wants to cash out and offer no other assistance.
