As far as I know you can have your own Web site but need to put your brokers name on the page or any advertising for that matter. of course I would just ask your broker as they may have their own rules.

It's not good fundamentals to buy in areas not exceeding or staying par with provincial averages

I have a class B license, I speak three languages, no criminal, clean DMV, excellent credit, high school diploma, Computer Graphics certificate from community college, experience in web development (WYSWYG editors, light admin work), six years of HOA president onsite manager experience setting the agenda, walking the property, supervising and negotiating with vendors...I'm no dummy.

There are proform schedules that I have seen on the web,perhaps even x.ls templates.

I have not met anyone who ignores cash flow but I see many on BP ignore location fundamentals.

For me, fundamentally...if the transaction meets my goals and my "why" within the time line I intend to have the asset. 

I ask because I have started working on the service for my own amusement, as I was looking at auditor web sites but wanted the ability to search many at the same time. 

Do you have the fundamentals of wholesaling down?  

Your best source for answer to the questions Karen has posted, is yourself, local investors, and local realtors, web sites can help with numbers, but cant give you answers. you need to gather that Data from multiple sources and sites and put that into a single answer to those questions.
