I have 8 cash paying tenants and 3 S8.Well, technically I now have 2 S8 because one of them had their voucher reassessed and it went to $0.There are pros and cons to the program, and you need to be aware of them all.

All of them have Failure to Pays and other drama. 

The part I don’t understand is why am I able to do all the work myself if I was living there for 2 years and there’s no issue, but if I’m selling before then it’s no acceptable?

I'm leery of the find investor friendly agents tab as I did that with lenders last summer and my phone started blowing up within 2 minutes of hitting the button and was getting constant calls all day.

Welp, as of this month, my account has been transferred to their new Credit Karma and it doesn't look the same and all my budgeting information is gone.
