It is ironic, but a lot of the people I have encountered in my life that have the drive to succeed are incapable of shutting it off.

You might be encountering some of the following situations:- Frustrated agents due to working a lot for free "writing many offers and losing time and time again"- Some of the solo agents might be on holidays and do not have the systems in place to take clients when they are away.If it is that hard, I would recommend trying to find an agent that has closed a few deals, someone that is trying to build a reputation and it's fully motivated to go at it again and again.

The plumber went to the property and encountered an issue where he too couldn’t access the stack line and found no outside clean out and said to gain access to vent he would likely have to make cutouts in the wall between the bathroom and the adjacent bedroom.
