It's a forum that has tons of news regarding new construction and development in town.

I currently live in a home that was purchased with the goal of it becoming a rental, but beyond that I have no real estate experience.I'd like to get into buy and hold rentals and develop a portfolio of cash flowing properties over the next 10 years.  

There is value in the land because new residential development is coming in around the property.

I really did not want to hassle with tenants.. and I like making a lot of commission income and doing land developments... there is far more to RE than just owning rentals..

Hi BP community  I've been on this forum for a little over a year but never really took full advantage of the resources and opportunities to meet and develop relationships with like minded investors in my area.

Also, @Joel Owens, developing sounds both awesome and very scary at the same time.

My goals are I'm studying for child developement, to have my own daycare. 

One property was a large farm that had development potential, but only had enough road frontage for one entry and the municipal zoning/subdivision ordinances require at least two entry points.
