This would be a market that would be hit large if there was a slow down in the market/crash I would think.As @Dan Burstain said, I think other areas would be better use of money long term.

With all due respect to the market crash in 1998, I got all those losses back in 2009-2010.

If you go to bed every night worrying about your mortgages because the government says no to evictions or the rent market crashes then you are going to cash out too soon I would suggest go slowly, nothing wrong with cash in the bank waiting for that good deal to pop up.

Sales prices are high and seem unsustainable, but I don't predict a crash.
