I believe there are income requirements and this has to be your primary residence. 3.5% down is the minimum.

Be careful about putting anything in writing as that might get you into a contract --- I think. 

The risk of losing the flip andyour family’s permanent residence is real.

They pay all cash and for the most part care very, very little.
