My neighbor works for a company that Buys and Sells Hospitals and we know that for the Future, there is going to be big Demand for Nursing Homes and Medical for all the Baby Boomers who are Retiring here, like ten thousand a day.

The key we have found is baby steps :)We are buy and hold investors who invest in class A properties self-managing from a distance while working full time.
