Honestly, whats the advantage of building?

What are they selling as the advantage of their “portfolio loan”(most times, portfolio loan just means not sold it doesn’t mean bundled.).

@Sophia BahenaSomething that hasn’t been said, is that there can be tremendous advantages to having a network of others who are already operators in real estate.Some property management firms can be deceptive, in that they are just a self management arms of real estate developers.

You can continue to scale without running out of resources and you have huge advantages/economies of scale.

Starting out you typically need only one entity, but as you grow you will find it advantageous to form multiple entities for increased asset protection, to lower tax liabilities, and to segregate risks.

I would ask Proper/Foremost/Cbiz what advantage they offer over traditional policies that offer home-sharing coverage.

We're in the same boat I'm looking to house hack as well but like we discussed tonight you have a much bigger advantage to do so!

If they know what they are doing, it is a huge advantage in keeping them liquid.

Also would anyone know if I could use the VA loan in my advantage to start real estate investing?
