I still have not yet seen any investor who's operation worked in a "safe" manner in this regard or asset protection via LLC, and this could be why not a 1 of the high net worth persons I have ever worked with use it for their asset protection vehicle.

Most of what I have read about this was regarding local cops stopping innocent people and seizing money and goods from their vehicles without cause. 

It is crazy to think that housing is so scarce people are living out of vehicles, Wal-Mart is selling "cubes" and RVs are renting for insane prices...of course that will happen when the population soars from around 12,000 to well over 30,000 with many jobs bringing in over $100K.
