Greetings,I'm new to the investing world and would love some advice on where I can find an expensive part time school to get my 70+ hours for the real estate agent license.

I'm also finding that homes in my target neighborhood, where I think people would want to rent bc of good schools, for example, are so expensive.  

I rented it while I was in grad school, just moved back and am selling it.  

That exact location will have a vacancy rate, appreciation rate, rent growth, median rent amount, crime rate, school rating, average % management cost, comps etc.

Account Closed I understand some of the C or D areas may have cash flow opportunities but tough to find much cash flow in B areas within nicer neighborhoods, schools etc., especially in the northern suburbs.  

I am a former school teacher turned entrepreneur.

to whom ever it may concern. im a senior going to the military to pay for my schooling, im going to school either way just wanted to know what degree would best fit me if i wanted to become a real estate investor/developer. if anyone had any helpful information as far as makors or schools that best suit what im looking for. thank you for your time.

It's an out of state rental, but according to realtor it's in a desirable area with 3 very sought after schools.

. - a couple blocks S. of Oklahoma - still a good neighborhood and in Milw for all those city/school employees.

School lines are constantly being redone and several new middle and elementary schools have been built in the past 5 years, with talks of adding a 4th highschool in a 5 mile radius.
