There are a ton of factors that play into both, especially with CC rewards 0% financing.Personally I've always been a fan of Amex for business CCs and Chase for banking but there are a lot of fin-tech start-ups and online banks these days with pretty compelling options.Would love to hear everyone's recommendations!

While in my experience “wholesalers” can and often do provide a valuable service, the rewards are anything but easy to obtain, certainly nowhere like the hype being put forth by people wanting to sell books, seminars and mentoring systems.

And if you wouldn't take that deal, you probably don't like money as much as you should.Using leverage for real estate holdings is obviously a bit different (more risk, more potential reward), but the underlying mechanisms for generating higher returns than what you can get with your own cash are exactly the same.Based on that, it's hard to argue that leverage itself is "bad".

Overall I view SFH investing as much higher risk, all your eggs in one basket, and therefor the "potential" reward less attractive.
