If people are waiting thinking that they will lower rates prior to the election, I suspect the Fed will try to show independence by not lowering rates.

I try to remember to uncheck it however often I forget, I would prefer you to have to elect to receive notifications vs. having to opt out.

Our last two elections have had ballot initiatives designed to relax or get rid of these restrictions but surprisingly (to me), both times these ballot questions were voted down.

Meanwhile the landfill of Seattle and California get worse with every election. 

I don't love the regulations my elected representatives are pushing as it results in less rental housing and harms my community.
