Here's my two cents on what's working in Raleigh right now for house hackers.

I currently have 2 single family rentals but am looking to delve in to fix and flipping as a way to supplement or hopefully replace my W2 income. 

I am looking at my first real estate investment in the Clearwater Florida area 33756 zip code in Pinellas County.

What are my options for completing the purchase sooner rather than later?

I am listing my first rental house and I was asked for tenant criteria from our realtor.

Hi @Jackson Hanssen Ty for answering.I don't want to merge the two LLCs because I'd like to preserve family only ownership in my family LLC (LLC-A) for the same number of doors.

Don,  great points as usual from my cheap seats what I see coming down the pike and have personally experienced over the years in Sub to is this new crop of Guru pitching this form of acquiring real estate..

I purchased an investment home under my personal name as my LLC had not been established yet, now wanting to transfer to my LLC.

For clarity, I've got two of my own STR's and manage another 10 or so.
