I'd agree that you can find some of the best deals but I'd say they are definitely more difficult to find in this environment.

If you want to go down the STR road, I'd suggest making sure the property pencils as an MTR/LTR as a back plan.

I see you are in Orlando, so I imagine your options are Spectrum and maybe FiosI usually go with 300 or 400 mbps depending on options and price (changes all the time). 

But for investment properties, I’d feel that would open us up to way too much liability that insurance likely wouldn’t have to cover if a tenant or guest was injured where a permit was required but not obtained.
