This was a flat in an under construction tower.

We have done very well buying ugly houses (carpet, paint, bathrooms) that had great bones (newer siding, roof, etc).What are you looking for?

Hello BP, I’m new to REI but have been in residential construction for 30+ years.

I still invest in Georgia (as well as Maryland) -- mostly doing new construction and mostly with local partners.

Dorothy, what is your opinion of using modular construction for such a project?
