Make low ball offers if I know there is little interest in the property.

Nobody has a crystal ball.

Put the ball back into your court and sound as if your not as interested due to having another option, I bet they change their mind fast.

If they have experience remodeling these types of homes, they will be able to give you a ball park of what it will cost to remodel them.Use their ballpark numbers when you're deciding what to offer.

This is my first post and I'm hoping to get a couple questions answered and receive advice on how I should get the ball rolling.

No one has a crystal ball, but if prices should fall it may be difficult to sell your investment and the negative cash flow may make it less attractive to hold onto long term.

Because if it does not sell, you have to start chasing the market down, people start wonder what's wrong with your listing, are reluctant to offer, or eventually make a low ball offer - Getting a property under contract is only half the job.

I'd really like to have the ball rolling in the right direction from the start.
