Literally, the builder build "luxury" garages for people to store their toys (Think of townhouses, but 20x40 garages instead). 

So make sure you're not in an over-supply.2) They are sensistive to the economy, it's like Vegas, economy ticks up and people have an extra $2000 for a trip or to buy stuff to store. 

The first is more like a small general store and a hair salon kind of town.

The big box store had the estimate and installation completed in about a week and it was a very good experience.
