I don't think crowdfunding will be able to replace this very well absent a broker or intermediary that will serve largely the same role the VC does.

I use his paperwork fill out all the info, take a check to the Building Inspections Office and when the plumber is complete, I order the inspection and basically serve as the plumbers assistant when getting the job inspected.

Once acquired, at least three will become long-term rentals with the potential for one to serve as a personal residence.

The property is close to an acre and a half in size.

-you screen the tenants the same as regular (minus the 3x or 2x income requirements; i think they have to satisfy that only for their portion of the payment)-i suggest contacting the local HA (Housing Authority) and get a feeling and also find the needs around the apartment sizes you have.

Rent depends on the size and condition of the house.

They argued that I paid lower than market price, but I proved my case by presenting sales, assessment, size and BRs and Baths of several homes in the vicinity.  

It serves the Agent or her client no purpose to say their is a pending sale when their is not an accepted offer.
