All 3 units have electric heat.In the rear house owner pays sewer all other utilities are payed by tenants back house each unit has a gas hot air furnace I believe water heaters are electric.

I do know there is an Air Force base located in Atwater which is just adjacent to Merced and having a High Speed Rail System available to get to work would provide military personnel a lot more of a choice on housing locations.

How do you prevent the stigma of REI being scammers?

Do they have tile or vinyl, central hear and air or wall furnaces, garages or are most of them converted?

I'm open to ideas where I can buy materials more cheaply than Home Despot.I'll have someone else make and install the new staircase, help with electricity and my HVAC guy will install air.

Perhaps he is not aware that the air pressure in a plane at 40,000 feet is different than on the ground or that flying at 300+ miles per hour is different than what his dog enjoyed on the top of the roof of his car.

All three can grow when the relative humidity in a space remains too high for too long.Your photograph is very familiar to me as I see this on furniture in humid environments, and in empty spaces - those not receiving conditioned air - regularly.I won't say that you shouldn't worry, but I will make these claims:It can be easily cleaned/wiped, and vacuumed from every surface.
