Some comments here suggested using WordPress, which is great and is my favorite platform, but I don't recommend using a free theme ("themes" are the design of your site), at least not any I've seen.  

It's a great ETF and you can trade it for free on the Fidelity Investments platform.

You can screen tenants and charge rent through that platform if needed.

I'd be interested to hear feedback from some of the experts on this platform. 

(Zillow sells their leads more than once, usually as a shell company that doesn't appear to be a Zillow affiliate but that's how they can claim your leads are "exclusive to you" as they sell them on a dozen other platforms)

I do see the value in it, I also see the value in a platform such as this.

Could be optimized mOre for mobile viewing, but I think the general structure of the main site should be tended to first.
