The idea of real estate investing is incredibly appealing to me.

I saw them build a 3plex in less than 7weeks from ground up... pretty incredible to watch them get it done so quickly.

( a seed) doesn't say I am just a seed, a seed has potential inside, it just needs the correct environment and timing and condition to become GREAT and ABLE to create fruit, It needs, Soil, Water, and correct temperature to grow (and time) .

Urbanism has been winning for the past 2 decades and unfortunately Urban environments are also the hardest to build in.

I would be careful in the current environment.

We live in California where the market is incredible competitive and the spots on ZILLOW are sold out with a large waiting list.  

They did studies and found that many of these individuals could be in a less restrictive environment and at less cost.

LLCs are cost prohibitive in CA so umbrella actually works incredibly well at a very modest cost.
