@Joe VilleneuveThe biggest scam artist who made his money doing those kinds of fudged macro comps and selling properties in a Ponzi scheme to Israeli investors here was this dude named Dov Ratchkauskas, active a few years ago, now in federal prison.

They will collect based on how many times you texted without an 'opt in' request.There were two (that I know of) phone scams for calls from recorded messages that the government finally decided to go after.

In addition, all of our CA Properties have positive cash flow with what most would consider conservative expense projections (example between $250 to $350 per unit for maintenance/cap ex and having miscellaneous expense allocation for expenses such as LLC charge, umbrella policy, attorney fees, unexpected utilities (such as encountered for a slab leak)), annual back flow test, etc).

And that snake was not going to be allowed no matter what, the risk was too high for the other tenants.Because almost every time I say no to a specific animal, I get an ESA letter, I think that there are a lot more scams than some want to admit.
