Use email filtering: Many emails such as Outlook, Gmail, and Yahoo have a built in filter option to filter out junk mail, promotions and any other non-actionable emails.

My other cards are all within promotion period.

Maybe spread your risk and diversity into some syndications as well if you want a more passive role.

I'm not promoting you do that, but that is what some people do.
