If something is stolen or broken while in your car can you be held accountable? 

I've also convinced my parents to let me sell my car back in Baltimore, which could get me anywhere from 5,000 at the worst to the ideal of 10,000.

Compared to owning and operating a car it's ridiculously cheap.  

I remember my father telling me, if I had to finance a vehicle, I was driving to expensive a car. 

REASON... they need to eat and get paid while they are chasing all this down.. cost money for gas , car, etc etc. 

I wish I could quickly and accurately determine price points of houses in my area, but I tend to under estimate the value of properties by 100 - 200k.Also your car analogy was spot on; I did so much research on the car I planned to buy, I knew the different price points based on whether it had 18" or 19" wheels, was a hatchback or a sedan, had certain features, etc.

Yea, you have to be carful there, a larger home doesn't mean higher value ppsq.

There are already driver less cars being tested all over my hood so I am seeing that is the future more and more.

The only other loans we have are both our cars.
