Lessons learned?

A few things I learned while leasing section8 properties here are.

I'd love to hear them, I'm trying to learn as much as I can!

Hey all,I've learned a lot from this conversation.

You just have to learn to read the language and carefully study the photos.

You'll have to learn a new market, build a new support team and pay someone to manage all of that because it is so far away.

I really do like Dave Ramsey and I used his baby steps to get out of debt, build an emergency fund, and learn the basics of budgeting. 

Lastly, in regards to advice something to mention is that I am open to sacrifice a lot in my young years as the goal is to learn as much as possible while i'm still young.

I was interested in this area too and would love to know what you learned.

I’d love to compare to what I’m finding and would be a helpful learning experience for me.I do want point out that not every investor wants to BRRRR and would like a turn key property which supports Fix and Flipping.
