If a tenant is unhappy, I don't want them to feel trapped in the property.

Being born and raised in Sydney Australia I have seen real estate rise, rise and rise some more.

For those of us born here there was no other option.  

Because most PMs don't vet or bother getting to the bottom of the service call that "my stove/sink/ac... is broke" - you get the maytag man to push the burner in, a plumber for a simple trap clean-out or an electrician to flip a breaker.Just my experienced opinion.  

@Michael Rabb have you tried the traps from ClearVue Products?

Also check the tub trap.. 

He set traps in the attic and said he would check in a couple days to see if the rats were eating the bait.

Yes, they make more money when they do that, but that's how it is supposed to work.Don't fall into the trap of offering more than you think the place is worth just to land the deal.

People feel "trapped" in their job/life/current situation more so than the fact they happen to be on an island.
