What do you want to achieve as an investor?

The reduced returns achieved by LLs combined by increased risks should be depreciationary forces.  

Where a flooring contractor might get away with having a floating floor one or two degrees off square and still achieve a visually, functionally effective end result, you can't do that with Peel-and-Stick.

We all need to be concerned with a fair process that still achieves our goals of finding a good tenant.

I was blown away that someone whom I had just gotten to know for a short amount of time believed in me and was willing to take a chance on helping me achieve my goal!

I believe they will be able to provide you with options to achieve what you are looking to do without having to take a distribution and be subject to tax and possibly early distribution penalties as well.

All of which have exceeded any return that holding Ag/Au would have since achieved. 

I've spent several years now writing software to help myself (and to educate potential clients and clients through classes, podcast episodes and books) model real estate as a  tool to achieve financial independence and to fund retirement.

The market is very high but depending on what your goals are I think it’s achievable to find a good deal there.
