If you can get internet, just put on a Roku device or get a Smart TV. 

Most of the larger late night TV "We Buy Houses" commercial companies have all moved into this space as well, some have terrible Apps because they aren't really tech savvy and didn't want to spend the money, others really don't understand how important the algorithms are in the ingenuity of their platforms.    

I was the BRRR lender to turn key companies nationwide.. doing about 40 to 60 a month.... 5 points 15%  90 day turn was a printing press of money LOL... so when the crap hit the fan we had a lot of retained earnings that got lost in the down turn.. but we paid all lenders back and .. regrouped.

All I will tell you is if your putting 20% down on any single property, after you press(=) on the calculator it will start with (-)

While you may get 5% in nominal terms you'd be hard-pressed to get 5% in real terms unless you are in a great market.  

Took a lightning hit that took out the 65" living room TV, both direcTv receivers, the xbox, the controls on the virtual pinball table and the blu ray player.  

@Brad Kanouse, as mentioned, your financial affairs are the most pressing.  

My question is does any one have experience with a service like you tube TV.
