Keep in mind that you cannot shut off the water, utilities, etc. 

The city can shut you down if you're not doing things right.

Did you explain to Michael Kinsey that the lack of hot water is due to tenant's failure to pay PECO, and as a result PECO did a shut off?

I think it's time I stop talking about my cabins and instantly shutting down any ideas.

The reality is a your property is really now their virtual property unless you want to be shut out by going it alone to compete.

Is likely correct and you wouldn't have an issue with it, there's still the possibility it could get shut down.
