Basicly I am looking for some ADVICE from the SENIOR INVESTORS on Pre-planning or Starting to Convert to CASH for future Generations .most of what I read about on BP "TENDS" to be geared toward the YOUNGER GENERATION with lots of GURU's and Newbies .

If I have  a senior living next to me, I offer them a free repair or discounted repairs for keeping eyes on the property for me.  

Other motivated seller  lists might be Seniors with 15+ Year Ownership and Homeowners with Low Financial Stability Scores.Be sure that whatever list you get has been run through the National Change of Address (NCOA) so you don't waste postage mailing to the wrong address.
