I wasn't very old when I knew I wanted to live a different life than my parents lived.I was a late bloomer.

If 90% of the worlds millionaires are involved with real estate, why aren't more people going into it?

Not saying SFH is not a great investment, but you already own a Duplex and adding another would be "old hat" with what you do now.

Who can I contact when I've come across a a listing that is 150+ days old on sites like Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc. ? 

@Jay Hinrichs I’m 25 work in the steel mill near me make pretty good money and have been saving a couple years I just feel like I’ll be old by the time I could actually afford a big building.

(I will never do another house this old, by the way).

Unless the property is really old, I wouldn't budget for a repipe or new electrical wiring.
