Anyone out there using cashflow oil & gas investments to optimize their real estate portfolio?

The interesting thing here is the statute defines "real property" thus: "(i) 'Real property' or 'real estate' means any interest or estate in land... including any assignment, leasehold, subleasehold, or mineral right...."

I am also willing to burn the midnight oil to locate the answers I am in search for.

The problem I have is though everywhere I research to learn a new tactic or am interested in a "guru" I have to drop tons of cash to buy into something that I have no guarantees their "snake oil" is the trick.

The owner insisted the boiler worked and only needed oil.

Medical or Oil?

The younger ones think of getting a "Gig JOB" until they finish their studies or get their License etc. 40 years ago I worked on Oil Tankers for 10 years and learned how to "Invest" in Mutual Funds to make $100,000 that I bought Duplexes and Houses in S.

For heating... we keep three of the oiled filled electric radiator type on hand in storage, as they have proven to be the most safe and easy for our tenants to use. 

A good example was buying homes or building homes in North Dakota during the oil boom just a few years ago. 

I spent $30 on some pure pepper oil, rags, rubber bands sealant and strips of wood.
