I got promoted back in March.

We went under contract in February, closed in March. 

In March 2020 after the stock market had plummeted nearly 20% in 3 days the US announced the largest stimulus and QE in the history of the world.

They would like to sign the lease and handover keys on the 26th of March 2023.

My plan was to give them until the end of February at their current rent before signing new leases on March 1st with increased rent if they want to stay.

I’ve have a STR near the 192/Rt 27 area 10Min to Disney and up until March everything was GREAT.

Im closing March 30 and their leases end May 30.
